Plot a structural properties as a function of structure.

Usage: Plot a graph of each property values against structure.

Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-f FILE, --file=FILE
 name of a fasta file created with create_fasta_file.py
-p PROPERTY, --property=PROPERTY
 type of property to calculate, can be [backbone|sidech ain|phipsi|bfactor|sequence|calphas|crystal_contacts|p ockets|distance1000]
-u, --update use this option if you want to recalculate property data
-a ALIGNMENT_POSITIONS, --alignment_positions=ALIGNMENT_POSITIONS
 list of one or more integers separated by commas, representing alignment positions (which start at 0)
-d DIMENSIONS, --dimensions=DIMENSIONS
 list of one or more integers separated by commas representing property dimensions (which start at 0) e.g. “212,220,232”
