Usage: Plot rmsd for alignment against a reference chain. The reference can be selected by providing a chain id otherwise the one with most ordered residues is used.

Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-f FILE, --file=FILE
 name of a fasta file created with create_fasta_file.py
-s STRING, --string=STRING
 string
-u, --update use this option if you want to recalculate property data
