Polyphony is an **open source** software suite written in python. Its purpose is the superimposition free analysis and comparison of multiple 3D structures of the same or closely related protein molecules. It can be `downloaded here <https://bitbucket.org/wrpitt/polyphony/src/tip/dist>`_.
